Shipping Policy
SHIPPING TIME

Due to the impact of the coronavirus and the mandates in place, your order will most likely be delayed. This delay is due to several factors, including travel restrictions, available staffing, and/or federal/state/local mandates.

For standard shipping, please expect 7-10 business days for delivery plus 3-5 days for processing. 


ORDER TRACKING TIPS & CONSIDERATIONS

*Please allow 3-5 additional business days processing time for all personalized products
*Shipping times may vary during high volume order periods
 
If your order has not shipped after three business days, you will receive an email notifying you.  Some reasons for the delay could include the following:
 
• We are experiencing higher order volume during this time
• Item(s) in your order may be on backorder in the next 72 hours
• Item(s) in your order may be out of stock due to high demand
• shipping address outside of the continental United States
• A payment issue may have occurred while placing the order

Because deliveries are made via USPS, feel free to set your delivery preferences with USPS via the USPS Delivery Manager.  This free service provided by USPS allows customers to receive alerts, provide delivery instructions, require a signature, or request packages to be held at a USPS facility.​

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.

  • We use USPS as our primary shipping carrier to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.

  • If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We will send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you will know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.

  • Orders to APO/FPO addresses ship free via USPS Military Mail and arrive within 30-45 days.

  • We do not offer international shipping and are unable to ship to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.

 
Return & Exchange Policy

OUR RETURN POLICY

{Exchange only, no refunds.}

If you receive a product that is damaged upon arrival or receive the wrong order we offer a store credit in the amount of your order, minus shipping costs.

 

You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items, but we cover the shipping costs when delivering your new/exchanged order.

Your items are eligible for an exchange up to 30 days after you receive shipping confirmation of your original order. *Some restrictions apply.


*Products returned for "wrong order" must not be worn or have damages.​

*If the color of a shirt is not as "light" or as "dark" as you imagined, it can not be exchanged.

*(In order for something to be considered as the "wrong order" it must meet at least one of the following.

*Be a size you did not order

*Be a product/design of shirt you did not order

*Be a totally different color than what you ordered.

--For example, if you ordered a red shirt and received a blue shirt.

Our team will then verify your order to determine accuracy.

*If you receive any damaged products or wrong orders you must provide an explanation and send a photo of proof via email.

**Your items are not eligible for damage return/store credit if they were undamaged when you initially received them.

 Please ensure your return meets the following conditions: 

• The product(s) is/are in their original state and packaging. 

• Apparel has the original tags attached. 

• Accessories have all parts of the original packaging.
 

 
HOW TO RETURN STEPS
  1. Click on our Return Order Form

  2. Fill out the form with all the information needed for your return or exchange.

  3. Select, return reason, if you would like an exchange or refund, and the payment method for your refund. 

  4. Follow the easy label and shipment return instructions provided. 

 
EASY PRINT AND RETURN

Once you have followed the prompts to complete your return or exchange, you will be provided with a return label to your email that you provided on the Return Order Form. To send back your order, simply: 
 

  1. Print the return label. 

  2. Pack the item(s) you want to return in its original packaging, or any available to you. 

  3. Seal the box/mailer and place your return label over the original delivery label or show the USPS return label during drop-off. 

  4. Take your package to a return drop-off location at your nearest USPS.

WHEN WILL I GET MY STORE CREDIT?

You will receive a store credit once we receive your returned items. The store credit will be issued through our online gift card system. When you place your new order you will enter the gift card information at checkout. When your new order has shipped you will receive confirmation just as you did with your original order.

    Reminder: This policy refers to size exchanges only. Reeboutit.Com does not price match.  We are also unable to exchange merchandise obtained from a different retailer.
